Design features of outdoor chassis cabinets:

1. The cabinet frame is made of aluminum profiles, with beautiful appearance and fine processing. The outer shell is made of aluminum-zinc plate, and the inner shell is made of stainless steel plate or rust-proof aluminum plate, which has strong resistance to atmospheric erosion.

2. The cabinet is rainproof and dustproof, and the protection level can reach IP54.

3. Electromagnetic shielding strips can be installed according to requirements, and the shielding efficiency is greater than or equal to 30dB;

4. The front and rear doors and side panels are removable for easy installation and maintenance.

5. The doors, side panels and top cover adopt a double-layer structure, which has strong resistance to sunlight and cold.

6. The cabinet is equipped with temperature and humidity automatic control devices, axial flow fans are installed in the front and rear door interlayers, lighting lamps are installed on the upper part of the cabinet, and heaters are installed on the lower part to ensure that the temperature in the cabinet is consistent with the ambient temperature in summer; in winter, the temperature in the cabinet is kept above +5 degrees to prevent condensation.

Outdoor cabinets are mainly suitable for the installation and protection of outdoor local control protection devices. It has the functions of rainproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, anti-electromagnetic interference, as well as heat insulation, cold-proof and anti-condensation.
